Every time I try to register on the app it says sorry were having technical problems at the moment please try later. Its done this now for about two weeks. If I knew this was going to happen I might not have switched in the first place. If still having problems why havent they fixed it!!!

Let`s start when it started on the 30 of Nov 2023. I went into Three store in Watford at 17:30 .I`ve told them that my current phone note 11 pro is dead and i had bought a new one , note 12 pro but I am not very happy with . They told me we can make an exhange /trade , if i give them my note pro 12 they will give me a new phone and ill pay a small fee. After thinking i agreed.I did asked about my data and the guy said he will transfer evrything from my old phone into the new phone Honor Magic5 .He said it will take around 30 minutes .I left the store for a fag , i come back at 18:20 , mention that the store closes at 18:00. The transfer between phone was already done and in front of me he factory reset my old phone note 12 pro. Thats when i realised that the Honor Magic5 does not come with a sd card space .He was really rushing to close the store as was already 30 mints late , so the guy told me to come back next day and he will do it . On Friday 31 of Nov the blackout started earlier than 7 am . My Honor Magic was keep on updating and restarting and installing updates .The blackout continued for the whole day .My Honor phone was keep on restarting. After I finished work , I pop in into Watford store .The guy who said he will do my transfer was not there. Was a laidy who explained that there is nothing wrong with my phone its just the whole company is in blackout and all the servers are down. The laidy was standing right at the entrance to inform the customers who most of them were coming to complain regarding the network issues.Meanwhile I have told her about the situation with my SD card , she did not appear very happy or welcoming but invited me in to take a seat and one of her colleagues will deal with me .It was already 17:00. I take a seat and one of the guys come to me , he was on the shift as well when I changed my phone on Thursday , he was ready to do my transfer , he said he needs to bring a phone to put my SD card then to do the transfer. When he was ready to do that , another customer comes in and the same laidy said to the guy attending me to leave me and to go and deal with the other customer .He obey and left me. In that moment I become really upset and I said it is not fair , I was there waiting and was left to serve somebody who come after me .I have to mention that in the store were were another 2 workers who basically were not doing nothing , not attending nobody as the blackout was still active and there was no access to nothing .Another worker join the laidy at the entrance , in front of the store , one of them disappear and only one worker was attending the customers , the worker who suppose to attend me . I become upset , I just left the phone Honor on the table with my sd card saying I will be back. I really needed some fresh air as I suffer from panik attacks and ADHD. I come back at 17:30. Was no customers in the store at all . Only same laidy at the entrance , with another worker , at the entrance as well and a worker who was on his own mobile phone . I started to ask questions if somebody will help with my problem , as they didnt need network to do my transfer , I asked them why is nobody attending me and they just choose to ignore me .The guy was watching his own phone in front of me and he just pretended I am not there , In that moment I just put my Honor phone on the table , loudly enough and asking continuously why they all ignore me, as I was treated as an invisible. Then the girl sitting at the entrance come and she start raising her voice saying she will call Security to remove me from the store as she had a hard day already and she will not deal with me.I told her please call it . She did not stop talking and raising her voice accusing me of being demanding , evan I explain to her that I only needed to be told if they will help me or not as the other guy deleted everything from my phone and all what I have is a sd card that isnt working into the new phone, and my new phone is keep on shouting down ,I explained to her is nothing personal against her , its just the network and she works for the network .Then she started to shout evan laouder saying `` doesnt make any sense , its nothing personal with you but you are white and I am black so in front of me you represent a white country`` I was shoked ..the Security was already there , the security guy told her to indoor her voice and measure her words , I was trying to explain again that my only problem is strictly professional and there are not acting professional , not proving customer skills , the laidy started again saying `` you white girl go and fix u problems with your friends and family but do not come into this store anymore because nobody will attend you and I will make sure of that ``I evan asked her if she wanted me to knee in front of her so that she will help me or at least to direct me who could support my issue , she was just personal shouting ,was already 18@***0 ..i only left the shop cose I felt sorry for the security man as he was an old man trying to speack with her explaining that I am a customer and I have the right to be upset when she is not listening and bring subjects about race or family .I left the store . In that night my new Honor didnt turned on , did not charged anymore , completely dead. I left it on charger more than 12 h , nothing , dead . Saturday I was left without a phone. I bought a new phone £30 and ive put my sim. On Sunday 03.12.2023 went into Watford store at 2 pm .The guy who made the exchange on Thursday was on shift .I explained to him that my phone is completely dead and I asked him what can be done .He said thats ok , he can exchange it but there will be no data to transfer as the phone wont turn on . When he was ready to make the exchange , to get the authorisation , he told me that the same girl who was on Friday she completely blocked the transaction and she does not give the authorisation for re exchange as I damaged the phone myself and I did not bought insurance .That was it .I think her name is Mandlay or definitely something with M . I think she is the only girl from the Watford store I am not sure , but sparently she is a supervisor anyway she had the power to refuse my exchange . I called customer service .After 75 minutes waiting time somebody answers and without any verifications she is telling me I need to go back to the shop. I was just asking for the PAC code. She is telling me that she cannot give me as I need to go and deal with the shop .I told her she has no right to refuse me and I asked to speack with a supervisor. She told she can arrange a call in 24 hours. I just hang up the phone .She salled me back saying she will transfer me to the complaints department .After another 10 mints somebody answer and is telling me that he understand that the Watford store denied to support me so he said I can return the phone back to them and only then I will receive the PAC code .So he will send me the pre paid anvelope so I can give the phone back . Now ive applied for a contract with another company , they told me very clear that I do not need to call customer service for a PAC code as its my choise where I give the money as its my choise who my network provider is regarding the outstanding balance there is no law in this country from stopping me getting the PAC code . He adviced me to send a free sms to 6075 with word PAC and I should receive it automatically . Thats what I done . Of course I will send the Honor phone back to Three as soon as I have the anvelope Now where should I start this complain??? Racism? Personal? Unprofessional?? Zero customer service skills ??? If this is the way that I am treated into a network provider store then its not ok .I do have mental health issues , I have ADHD so yea I can swing my moods very quickly but for that laidy to go on that level and me being calm ??? Just to let you know that this complaint is going to Ofcom and Ombdusman as well . I do not know how this can be fixed , but I will make this heared and public . P.S. You have lost a customer. I am horrified at the experience I am having with three. I bought the Honor V2 in abbey centre (NI). when I got home the phone was damaged - top left corner is lifting. for price of this phone I expected it to be in perfect condition. tried to return, was told not allowed to return in store - the store was in the right it is the customer care centre has to the return. I rang, several times told no has to be done in store. and so the cycle begins. back to store - back to home on to customer service about 5 times this has happened and I am at my wits end. So, three store will not take this back because it is damaged/opened etc needs to be returned via customer service team. customer service says no needs to be returned in store. it is my LEGAL right to return this phone but no one will let me. Customer care team has lied to me over the course of 20 phone calls... assuring me replacement device was to be sent out, for me to go tot three store to be told this was CANCELLED??? by who? even though Avanesh customer care team manager told me this was order and to be delivered? no phone has showed up on my doorstep. This has cost me alot in fuel and hours of my life i will not get back. Im back to square one. No replacement device. Damaged phone. And everyone refuses to accept responsibility for this phone and refused return?? what can i as a customer do now? this is completely illegal. i am within my 14 days. I reported the damaged within the 10 days. i have done everything correct but no one is willing to help and sort this out.

I felt judged by the customer service. As I was chatting with the lice chat assistant, I told them their mobile data service was not working. He or she did not believe me because I had access to the internet and was able to use the live chat function. The person also judged me for contacting them too late.

Why am i suddenly habing isdues with high usage messages i have not changed my pattern of use

After years of impeccable service I have suddenly had problems. Two days after adding a data pack I was informed I had almost used all my data. I am not a heavy user this was impossible. Threes resolution, change my sim, I don't see how this will affect your automatic messaging. I was put onto emergency calls despite having 85% data left, it is still happening.

On Friday last a parcel was left on my doorstep. It contained 2 iphonen15's and 2 ear pods Before I realised it was there I got a call from 3 to say it was a wrong delivery and described in great detail how to return it IMMEDIATELY Apparently it was confused with a mini iPad I was supposed to receive for loyalty I was promised on the phone by this "manager" that my mini iPad would arrive by royal Mail today Royal mail have delivered today but not that He also told me to take one of the ear pods as a gift and I would get 2 months free of charge I now notice 3 has removed £70 from my account 1 deduction of £30 And 1 of £40 I dear I have been wilfully defrauded and am considering.calling.the. Police if this s not immediately resolved
